Take a trip down memory lane with this stunning tribute to the Kings of Swing and all things cool - The Rat Pack.

Four highly acclaimed male vocalists bring to life the very essence, charm and pizzazz of the original troublesome trio, Sammy Davis Junior, Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, in a show that's as timeless as it is magical.

Step back in time and hear the lush orchestrations of Quincy Jones, Sinatra’s favourite arranger and one of the most influential artists in modern music, as well as original arrangements from Nelson Riddle and Billy May, with all singers backed by Canberra's finest big band, Spectrum Big Band, part of Canberra City Band Inc. And with a bonus tribute to Peggy Lee!

It's The Rat Pack Show - five singers, two swingin' sets and one hot big band in a night you'll never forget.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Arrival. Doors to The Zeppelin Room will open at 7pm. You may order food from the restaurant and have them bring your food to the auditorium. The show will start at 8pm.

Food. Knuckles German Restaurant will be open for dinnertime (5.30pm to 8.30pm).

Door Tickets will be sold upon entry into the auditorium from 7pm to 8pm, unless sold out.

Dinner/ Show Tickets. Name used for booking will be listed on allocated reserved tables. You can skip the restaurant queue with these tickets and have your food served directly to your table— dinner to be served from 7.15pm.

Entree: Soft salted pretzels with butter

Main course: 50/50 alternate serve - Chicken schnitzel with chips and salad/German Sausage plate with red sauerkraut and potato mash.

NB: Dinner/Show meals cannot be varied from this menu. Please consider this when buying your Dinner/Show ticket.

Seating. There will be seating at tables for all guests. Dinner/Show guests will have reserved seating in the name of the ticket. All other seating will be unreserved.

NB: Please do not ring to reserve seating for a group as we are unable to accommodate this request. Groups wishing to sit together are advised to arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Accessibility. The Zeppelin Room and toilets (outside the auditorium) have wheelchair access.

Parking. There is an ample number of parking spaces on our grounds, on the street outside and the grass area right next to the club. OTHER INFORMATION

International Jazz Day with Spectrum Big Band

Spectrum Big Band has celebrated the Canberra community through music since its inception in 1998, where it began as the Canberra City Show Band, part of Canberra City Band Inc. Spectrum are excited to host International Jazz Day in Canberra. Led by Music Director Andrew Kimber, Spectrum is a 20-piece big band that performs a diverse repertoire celebrating Jazz classics and pushes the boundaries of modern jazz into the future. Performing in the Murranji Theatre, at Hawker College, Spectrum are delighted to be featuring a performance by Hawker College Band.

Welcome International Jazz Day over a hearty brunch of coffee, bacon and eggs accompanied with Big Band Swing, Funk, and Latin. The first performance of Spectrum Big Band, under the leadership of new Musical Director, Andrew Kimber.

Spectrum is a 19-piece big band that plays across a range of Big Band favourites. As part of the not-for-profit Canberra City Band Inc. organisation, all proceeds go towards providing musical services to Canberra.

Spectrum celebrates and educates the Canberra community about jazz and its history to raise awareness of the need for peace and diversity, while promoting freedom of expression.

All Ages show, Tickets $10 Adults/$5 concessions from stagecenta.com . Brunch sold separately from 9:30am.
